WebGo Phone — Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. The service

WebGo Phone provides a virtual business phone number with calling, texting, voicemail and related features, billed monthly (or annually if chosen) starting at the price shown at checkout.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately — there is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Your number and service remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

3. Refunds

• Before activation — if you paid but never claimed or activated your number, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment.
• After activation — once your number is active and usable, the current billing period is non-refundable, since the number has been reserved and provisioned specifically for you. Future billing simply stops when you cancel.
• Our error — if WebGo made a billing error (double charge, wrong amount, or the service never worked due to our fault), you will receive a full refund of the affected charge.

4. Number ownership

Your phone number is provided for your use while your account is active. If you cancel, or your account is closed for non-payment, WebGo may release the number after 30 days.

5. Emergency calls (911)

WebGo Phone is an internet-based phone service. It works only while your device has a working internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and power.

• 911 may not work if your internet connection, your device or its power fails, or if the app is closed or not signed in.
• Your location may not be sent automatically to emergency services. Be ready to tell the dispatcher your exact address.
• Keep another way to call 911, such as a regular mobile or landline phone.

By using WebGo Phone you acknowledge these limitations.

6. Fair use & liability

The service is provided "as is." WebGo is not liable for indirect damages (such as lost business or lost calls) beyond the amount you paid in the last billing period.

7. Changes to these terms

WebGo may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.
